Precise is recruiting dentists for France for different types of establishments and working arrangements in various parts of the country.
Profile and Requirements:
- Adequate qualification - Training in a European country, equivalences are not accepted as it is a lengthy process, we do not guarantee recognition of the diploma and consequent placement;
- Knowledge of French, B2 level French certification required;
- Recognition of the medical diploma and speciality in France (process takes around 4 months).
Offers and benefits:
- Various open offers for private clinics, hospital units, health centres and doctors' practices, with different contractual models: salarié, liberal regime, teleworking and others;
- Offers to work 2 weeks a month on a salaried basis; the salary is a percentage of the overall income the doctor generates from patients (usually between 27-30%);
- Possibility of working full-time on a salaried basis;
- There are also offers on a freelance basis, the amount you earn will depend on what you generate from your activity, office expenses, equipment, etc.
- It's difficult to give a salary range for dentists in France, as they work on a percentage basis, and from one month to the next and taking into account location and other factors, it can be very different. Here are some examples:
- Doctors start with a guaranteed minimum for the first few months (around 3000 euros / month);
- After 2 months, the salary is almost doubled.
- After 3-4 months, the salary will depend on the location, the needs of the population, etc., it can increase to a maximum of 16k/month for urban areas (but quite far from the big cities), or be stored at around 6000-7000 euros if the doctor stays in big cities like Toulouse / Monpellier etc.
- The client provides or helps to find accommodation;
- We accompany you throughout the administrative process until you are placed.
